Method: Blend the Dolce Latte paste and the Coffee paste into your 1Kg white base mix, and batch freeze. Upon extraction, ripple the Quella Coffee Crystals. Peak and decorate as desired, with Quella coffee crystals and chocolate straw wafers (optional)
